A Look Inside Our New Locations: From Bankside to St Paul’s

A London skyline from Myo's offices.

Here at Myo, we’ve made it our mission to create enriching and adaptable office spaces that facilitate productivity for all our clients. Over the years, our Liverpool Street and Victoria locations have delivered just that in abundance. However, we’re always looking to build on our successes and expand our horizons.

As such, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to diversify our workspace offering further, and are pleased to announce the launch of three new Myo office locations in London. Say hello to Myo Bankside, Myo St Paul’s, and Myo New Street Square, launching in 2023.

All located in Landsec-owned buildings, our array of new locations aim to offer innovative, responsible, and luxurious workspaces to businesses across London, allowing for a new enhanced office work experience.

Read through each section below to get to know our new offices, their features, and locations better.

Myo Bankside: A high-rise haven

First, allow us to introduce you to Myo Bankside, a sleek high-rise location spread across all 9 floors of the Phosphor building at The Forge. Aside from the series of furnished rentable private workspaces, Bankside comprises a top-floor lounge, multiple outdoor terraces, and even a public courtyard for when you need a moment’s peace.

We’re proud to announce that this is Landsec’s first completely net-zero development, meaning that the carbon footprint for this building is a total of zero – thanks to its design and construction.

Location-wise, Bankside is perfectly positioned right in the centre of London, so, if you choose to relocate your business here, you’ll be but three minutes walk from the Thames and only a short distance from London Bridge station. As for the neighbouring surroundings, Bankside has a distinct buzz to it. We understand the importance of surroundings to the general feel of an office, which is why we chose an area full of creatives, galleries, gyms, theatres, and independent shops and eateries, such as Borough Yards, Flat Iron Square, The National Theatre, and plenty of parks.

Myo St Paul’s: A vibrant hub

For our second new location, we decided to branch out into a mixed-use development for businesses seeking a space that’s a little more vibrant and bustling. Myo St Paul’s sits across three unique floors in the One New Change shopping centre.

Keen to further the air of ease and modernity that our rentable workspaces foster, we added one of London’s premier shopping destinations to our list of locations. In the historic financial heart of the city, Myo St Paul’s is close to Bank and the river, offering spectacular views of the famous cathedral from an impressive roof terrace (with bars and space for events) — because work is so much more than the 9 to 5.
Despite its centrality, there are plenty of green spaces nearby, such as Reflection Garden and Postman’s Park. On that note, keen to keep all of our new buildings as green as possible, this workspace is powered by 100% renewable energy, standing head and shoulders above the other workspaces in the area.

Myo New Street Square

Lastly, we come to Myo New Street Square. Nestled just off Chancery Lane and Farringdon Station, this location occupies an entire six-floor building on its own. Complete with all the luxury facilities in our Victoria and Liverpool Street locations, this office space will also feature extensive events and meeting spaces

Again, in line with our commitment to the environment, we have worked to integrate sustainability into the design of this space at all levels —  from planting to greenscaping on the roof and terrace.

If it’s cultural immersion you’re after, New Street Square is positioned perfectly, allowing you to experience pockets of Fleet Street history and regular pop-up events and plays that take place here. From morning coffees at WatchHouse Coffee to exploring sights like The Strand or Leather Lane Market, New Street Square definitely fosters a positive work-life balance.
