MYO Referral Scheme T&Cs

Thank you for your interest in the MYO Referral Scheme. Here are some simple terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact sales@myo.co.uk.

• Members of the public, and/or staff of a company presently renting space in MYO or a Landsec-owned building are eligible to refer leads

• Referral incentive will only be issued for valid referrals once the Referred company has signed a contract to become a client

• Referral vouchers issued after first month of Referred company rental payment being received

• Referrals will only be eligible if the Referred company is not already in conversation with MYO via any other channel

• There is only one reward for each Referred company/organisation referred

• If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer

• Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own franchisee or a new location of a group that is already an existing customer

• There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer in our ‘Referral Scheme’

• The reward may be subject to tax. The Referrer will be responsible for any tax it is liable to pay.

• The promoter for the purposes of this scheme is LS MYO Limited.
