Introducing Our New St Paul’s Office in the City’s Heart

A view of St Paul's Cathedral between modern, reflective buildings.

Our most unique and ambitious office location yet, Myo St Paul’s launched in  November 2023, bringing businesses in London a new, vibrant style of office working.

Located in the Landsec-owned One New Change building, a premier shopping centre and hub of recreation, our St Paul’s offices bring together the spheres of public and private work to carve out an oasis of productive calm in the midst of one of London’s most vibrant, central areas.

Modern, comfortable office design

Our St Paul’s office covers an impressive 44,950 square ft, spreading over three separate floors of the One New Change building, located adjacent to the iconic St Paul’s Cathedral, offering the perfect lively contrast to the reverent calm opposite.

Partnering with trusted construction company, Collins, as we have done before, and award-winning London-based architect Basha-Franklin, we have created a multi-functional space capable of facilitating numerous businesses side by side in their own luxurious office spaces.

Just as we have done with our other locations, we’ve built comfort and convenience into the very fabric of this office, making provision for all the essentials from cycle storage to showers and changing facilities.

A bustling workspace in the City centre

Our three multi-occupier floors have 19 private offices in total, facilitating a working environment that blends healthy sociability with concentrated focus to accommodate even the most flexible of working styles.

Again, boasting impressive levels of multi-functionality, our St Paul’s office also has a large event suite, suitable for drinks receptions or presentations, which can also be reconfigured back into two 20-person meeting rooms.

In fact, despite being a new addition to the Myo portfolio, our St Paul’s offices contain the most ambitious meeting and event space provision out of all of our London-based office spaces, serving over 700 Myo members and the local business community. As much as we work hard here at Myo, we also understand the value in recreation and relaxation — and we build this healthy combination into all our workspaces. For our St Paul’s offices, members benefit from the Landsec-owned building having its own top-floor roof terrace offering excellent, stirring views of St Paul’s Cathedral. As well as this, the One New Change building itself offers an excellent range of bars, restaurants, and retail outlets right on the office doorstep for you to enjoy.

Sustainability & our St Paul’s offices

In keeping with the environmental commitments across the rest of the Myo portfolio — from Liverpool Street and Victoria to Bankside, New Street Square, and even Piccadilly — we were keen to ensure our St Paul’s offices were equally as eco-friendly.

And they didn’t disappoint. Powered by 100% renewable electricity and with a BREEAM rating of Excellent, this is the stand-out workspace of the area. Additionally, with this location, we also practise rainwater harvesting.

Our St Paul’s offices are extremely central, offering connections to, of course, St Paul’s Underground Station (a 1-minute walk away), Mansion House Underground Station (a 3-minute walk away), and Bank Underground Station (a 4-minute walk away). As well as this, there are plenty of bus stops in the area should you need to travel that way.

Discover the vibrant local area

Located in the historic financial heart of the city, Myo St Paul’s is just a stone’s throw away from streets upon streets of venues, restaurants, and cafés — not to mention the iconic cathedral itself.

Lunch break sorted

Whether you’re looking to pop out on a coffee run, grab a drink with a colleague, or feast upon a sit-down meal, the Bankside and St Paul’s area has you covered.

All within a five-minute walk, you can dine in style at places like Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and  The Ivy Asia or grab a light bite to eat at Rosslyn Coffee or Garbanzos Falafel & Salad Bar among others.
One of the benefits of such a central location is the choice when it comes to dietary requirements and cuisines. We are lucky to have a whole host of vegan and vegetarian options like Urban Greens within minutes of our offices.

Culture & landmarks nearby

One of the best things about having an office in such a historic part of London is just that — its history. Because we know that the workplace experience extends between the regular 9-5, we’ve confidently chosen locations that give all Myo customers the chance to explore London in new and exciting ways.

At St Paul’s, aside from the cathedral itself, there is the impressive Guildhall Art Gallery and a series of museums such as The Bank of England Museum, Guildhall Art Gallery, and The Museum of London.

Outdoor spaces & activities

Everyone needs to get out of the office every once in a while and, at Myo St Paul’s, you’re really spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor places to escape to.

From the upbeat Festival Gardens and Postman’s Park to the quiet, meditative Reflection Garden, there are plenty of green places to escape to. If you’re looking to stretch your legs, there are plenty of gyms and exercise venues nearby, too — from Energy Yoga to Barry’s Bootcamp.
