Panoramic perfection
Fancy taking a lunch break during the summer months where you can soak up the sunshine? It’s not always easy to find a relaxing spot to enjoy your lunch, but at Myo St Paul’s, you can make use of the show-stopping public roof terrace which overlooks the heart of the city and incredible landmarks such as St Paul’s Cathedral.
Our offices are located between the second and fourth floors of Landsec’s One New Change development, a location that’s brimming with restaurants, bars and other amenities.
Beyond the office
When you become a client at Myo St Paul’s, you can expect high quality services and facilities, and beautifully designed shared spaces.
Our shared spaces are versatile and stylishly designed, perfect for focus or collaboration, meetings or break-out chats. We have integrated plenty of spaces for refreshments, including kitchen and tea points and The Lounge Cafe located on the second floor.
Each floor contains fridges, microwaves and dishwashers, as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
Versatile shared office environment
At Myo St Paul’s, we offer a wide selection of flexible meeting spaces, perfect for different sized gatherings. All of our spaces come equipped with the latest conferencing equipment and refreshments.
Our meeting rooms include:
- 1 x 4 person video conferencing room
- 1 x 6 person meeting room
- 2 x 12 person meeting rooms
- 2 x 20 person meeting rooms
In addition to meeting rooms, we offer our clients flexible shared spaces to hire for their own events and activities. Our fabulous rooftop terrace is also ideal for events, with access to Madison bar and restaurant.
We spoke to Nicola Osborn, Creative Director at Basha-Franklin, who we partnered with for the design of St Pauls, and she explained the thinking behind the office’s versatile layout:
“The event space, located on level two, is not only an additional offering for tenants of Myo but further encourages networking and collaboration. Comfortably hosting up to 100 guests, this ultra-adaptable space shapeshifts to users’ requirements, from seated banquets to hi-tech hackathons. Multiple refreshment points provide serendipitous meeting opportunities developing cross-community connections.”
Wellness-first spaces
We are proud to be working towards WELL Platinum. The WELL certification rates the characteristics of an office space that impact on people’s health and wellbeing, features that we take very seriously at Myo St Paul’s. With this in mind, our work spaces include upgraded acoustics, to reduce noise stress, and plenty of natural lighting.
In addition to this, we’ve incorporated a range of tranquil, private communal areas, as well as spaces that encourage socialising. Plants are integrated throughout the space, while a landscaped roof terrace offers mindful relaxation.
We understand how important it is for wellness to get regular exercise, which can be tricky to achieve during the working day. For those that enjoy cycling to work, we have installed brand new cycle storage facilities, with 210 racks, 25 folding bike lockers and 44 showers with towel service.
Insight from the designers …
“Inclusive, adaptable and WELL-Platinum enabled, the design of Myo St Paul’s puts the wellbeing of its occupants first and centre and is a haven, where people feel good – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Abundant greenery and environmentally conscious materials feature throughout and carefully thought out social spaces blend alongside calming spaces (i.e. The wellness room, located on level three) with a balance of private space for meditation.
The space is non-toxic as all materials, paints and finishes are free of VOCs. Air-purifying plants remove toxins and sensors carefully monitor the calibration of fresh air flow for increased comfort throughout.”

Encouraging environmental enrichment
We take environmental factors very seriously when designing our office spaces, which is why Myo St Paul’s is designed to achieve Net Zero Carbon in Operation.
We have achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating by sourcing 100% of our electricity from renewable sources. In addition to this, our building utilises rainwater harvesting and LED lighting in order to improve energy efficiency.
Basha-Franklin, our designers, spoke to us at length about the conscious design choices made to keep sustainability at the forefront of Myo St Paul’s interiors.
“We utilised UK-based local suppliers & makers; pre-cast cement-based floor tiles manufactured in Devon, these can be removed, broken down and rejoin the circular economy. The feature wall panels to the main meeting rooms are SPELK! A unique highly sustainable surface, designed by Orla Lawn an artist based in Liverpool.
Valchromat, a material used for the joinery and all custom acoustic walls, minimises carbon emissions as all boards are made from waste wood from the forest floor. No trees are cut down to make this product!”
