- The Lucient Lounge acts as a communal space but can also be transformed to create the perfect location for social or business events for up to 40 guests
- 6 meeting rooms, ranging from intimate four-person spaces to massive 22-seat conference rooms.

First-class office facilities
The timeless styling of our workspace welcomes you with dark wood finishes, parquet flooring, and lush marble surfaces, signalling a distinct energy change from the hustle and bustle outside.
From the light and airy entrance area, the reception is accessed by the building’s sensational spiral staircase, where our dedicated concierge team is ready to welcome you. There are also a number of beautiful meeting rooms available, ranging from spaces for intimate catch-ups to a large conference room.
