One of three new Myo locations that opened in November 2023, our offices at New Street Square are not only located in the prestigious heart of London’s Midtown area, but luxurious too.

Designed to foster a tranquil and focused, yet dynamic workplace experience for businesses, New Street Square presents the perfect blend of immaculate interiors and natural comfort with its biophilic design and cityscape views.

Immaculate office interiors at New Street Square

Encompassing over 45,000 square feet, New Street Square is a spacious build, covering 6 separate floors of our Landsec-owned building as a standalone Myo property.

When designing this space, we worked closely with award-winning, London-based architects dMFK, and market-leading refurbishment company, Collins, to create a configured space capable of facilitating productivity as well as recreation, whilst bringing the building to WELL certified Platinum status.

Let’s step inside, shall we?

Explore six unique floors

New Street Square can accommodate from 20 to 142 people in a variety of flexible office spaces, all of which are corner offices, flooded with daylight — as well as providing comfortable meeting rooms and sophisticated, dynamic event spaces.

Of the six impressive floors, we have one single-occupier floor, for a well-established business, and four multi-occupier floors (with 15 private offices) housing organisations looking for quality office space to rent in the Fleet Street area.

As for the ground floor of the building, we have designed a stunning multi-functional events space that can be configured for anything from conferences and drinks receptions to wellness and exercise events. So, whatever event your business is planning to put on, it can be hosted in-house!

Luxurious office extras

If you’ve encountered Myo’s offices before, you’ll know by now that we don’t do things in halves. It’s our mission not only to provide quality office spaces, but to go over and above when it comes to facilitating an excellent workplace experience too. And that’s why our New Street Square offices are complete with all the added extras you could expect from a serviced office — and more.

From plenty of open-plan or outdoor areas for workers to relax in – including our top-floor wrap-around terrace and communal space overlooking New Street Square – to showers, a boutique concierge, bicycle storage, and a managed public realm, we’ve thought of every convenience. Because coming to work should be pleasurable and easy.

New Street Square & sustainability

Alongside the added extras, we’ve also put in the work to ensure that our rentable office spaces do their bit for the planet.

Like our other locations, New Street Square has been carefully cultivated with sustainability in mind. Not only do we have a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ but we also have 100% renewable energy usage. So, if you’re an eco-conscious business, you can rest assured that basing your HQ at Myo won’t jeopardise your sustainability target.

But what about connectivity? Is it easy to get to New Street Square every day? (Short answer: “Yes, very!”).

Our offices are just a 6-minute walk from Chancery Lane underground station, an 8-minute walk from Farringdon station, and an 8-minute walk to the City Thameslink Station on Ludgate Hill. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby, like Holborn Circus, Fetter Lane, and Fleet Street all within a 5-minute walk.

What’s near New Street Square?

No one understands the importance of quality office interiors to a business more than us. And we’re the first to admit how much of an impact the external area has on a workplace environment, too.

That’s why all of our office locations – Bankside, Liverpool Street, New Street Square, Piccadilly, St Paul’s and Victoria Street – aren’t just optimised for productivity on the inside, but are carefully selected based on their immediate surroundings and wider environment.

Our New Street Square offices are perfectly positioned in an area full of hidden gems of Fleet Street history and, as for the Square itself, it’s a central hub for businesses, often hosting pop-up events.

Just a 7-minute walk away (easily doable in a lunch break), you can find the charming Leather Lane Market, a bustling outdoor market selling everything from flowers and gifts to food and jewellery.

Delicious food

Because we understand how important lunch breaks are, we’ve made sure to situate all of our new offices in prime locations when it comes to food and drink options. Within New Street Square itself, there are a variety of food and beverage retailers, from Coco Di Mama and Natural Kitchen to Yolk.

The esteemed and unusual restaurant, The Pregnant Man, is just a 5-minute walk away and serves a delicious lunch menu until 3pm, while chic restaurant, Ikoyi, serves authentic West African cuisine and is just a 9-minute stroll away too.

For something a little more quirky, try Di Lieto, a 100-year old, tiny sandwich bar hidden in a corner of Fleet Street. If it’s just coffee you’re after, within a 5-minute walk you can enjoy a latte at Watchouse Coffee or grab an espresso before work at the Fleet Street Press.

Outdoor spaces, culture & landmarks

Our New Street Square offices are just a breezy 10-minute walk away from London’s iconic Lincoln’s Inn Fields, the largest public square in London. Established in 1630, this historic outdoor space has been letting members of the public relax and picnic there for four centuries now.

The Fleet Street area itself is full of hidden gems and tourist attractions just waiting for you to discover. For example, The Strand, Sir John Soane’s Museum, and The London School of Economics. So, there’s always plenty to keep you occupied outside of working hours if you’re keen to stay in the local area.
