Spread across three separate floors of the iconic Dashwood building, Myo Liverpool Street was a joy to design – and continues to be a delight for the businesses located there. With bespoke, luxury office features across all three floors, hand-chosen by us and our team of designers, this office spares no expense when it comes to enriching the workplace experience of its guests.
It’s been a few years since we lovingly created this dynamic working environment in Liverpool Street. So, we thought we’d give it the attention it deserves by shining a spotlight on some of our favourite features.
From the panoramic city views to the soft furnishings and topical art displays, there are plenty of extra special touches to our Liverpool Street offices. Read on to learn more about each.
The biophilic design
First up, it’s only right that we start with our plant wall. Greeting guests as soon as they step out of the elevator. This two-story panelling filled with foliage is a stunning permanent feature, incorporating elements from nature into the sleek environment of an inner-city London office in a powerful way.
You can’t miss it; spanning the whole height of the staircase that connects the two floors, the plant wall is an excellent example of what is known as ‘biophilic design’. This is used in the construction and design industry to increase the connection of occupants to nature, by bringing plants indoors in a compelling and sustainable manner.
Biophilic design has been known to boost mood and enhance the quality of the air and feel of the working environment, having a positive impact on employee productivity and focus.

Floor-to-ceiling windows
One of our other favourite features is, of course, the floor-to-ceiling windows we have around the office. When you’re in an office block in inner-city London, you need to make the most of every inch of sunlight, fresh air, and green space.
So, provision for natural light and views of the surrounding area were incorporated into the very design of our offices from the start. Carefully grouping zones of desks and booths to catch every ray of sunlight, we were keen to avoid the dingy interiors that come with harsh overhead lighting and small windows.
Aside from just looking the part, though, natural light also has an array of tangible benefits for employees. According to a study held by The Harvard Business Review, access to natural light was deemed the number one attribute that employees look for in their work environment. As such, to keep our guests feeling good at work, the floor-to-ceiling windows were a must.

Flexible events spaces
Crucial to how Myo offices work, flexible events spaces offer our guests the chance to work how they want to — where they want to.
Not every office has the capacity to accommodate larger-scale events and conferences, and that’s what makes us unique. Utilising configurable design (such as bifold doors and zoning), we can accommodate groups of all sizes in our sleek event spaces.
Available to book for events, alongside occupancy of your own luxury office space, we have an impressive events space on the 7th floor. 78 people can be seated in an open-plan conference layout, or sectioned off into a series of smaller spaces using a range of quality curtains.
The kitchens
At Myo, we understand that the working environment plays a significant role in the productivity of its employees. That’s why we’ve invested heavily into the interiors and ‘extras’ at all our office locations. At Myo Liverpool Street, our kitchen areas are definitely a standout feature and a fan favourite.
On every level, there’s a kitchen area with state-of-the-art tea and coffee-making facilities to make lunch breaks that bit more enjoyable. What’s more, on levels 6 and 9, there are slightly larger kitchen zones with fridges and microwaves for employees who fancy staying in the building for lunch to cook up a quick hot snack.
The customisable private offices
We have to mention our actual office spaces as they truly are one of the best parts of renting with Myo. Why? Not only are they spacious and of exceptional quality, but our team of experts can collaborate with you to make them customisable too.
From productive layout planning and plants to lighting styles and ergonomic seating, your office really is your own — and you’re not locked into one confined space for the duration of your lease with us either. You can always add more private offices, booths, and meeting spaces to your workspace as you go.
All of the businesses who rent with us are encouraged to choose from a selection of design-led furniture and fixtures, to make the office feel as homely and well-suited to your brand as possible. You can add your own branding across the office in sleek digital key touch points too, adding an extra layer of personality to the space you operate from.
The hand-selected furniture
As we touched on above, another of our favourite parts of Myo Liverpool Street (as with the rest of our office locations) has to be the furniture.
We are passionate about design and using soft furnishings to create spaces that allow businesses to thrive. So, we made sure to partner with only the best when it comes to interior design and lighting. Partnering with Bluebottle for our Liverpool Street interiors, we aimed to create a space that helps companies reach their full potential. One of the best parts of our furniture in this office is its connection to the seventies heritage of the wider Dashwood building.
Using warm colours, rich textures, and bespoke details, we’ve given a subtle nod to the luxe seventies interiors of the original Dashwood.

Artwork rotations
Myo Liverpool Street is big on art and cultural connections. In fact, the artwork on the walls is a significant part of office life. Much more than static pieces on the walls, we rotate our artwork to feature work that supports social issues, including Black History Month and Pride.
We want the workplace environment to bring joy to all the businesses that rent with us — and one of the best ways to do that is through engaging decor.
